Introduction Chapter 10
Back at work again finally. At least this time of illness was good for one thing - in the period of recovering I had a lot of time to think about all things. And of course also my novel. There is still much to tell, but no matter how far this journey still goes, as I mentioned before it is really important to find a good ending, that really fits the story. And just that isn't easy, as I did create endings before and throw them away again. I was never really satisfied with what I found, as it was never good enough. The question was, would I find a special ending for my novel at all, so I can really say afterwards, now I am totally satisfied?
Well, so far I would have had to negate this question. In fact, yet a longer time yet I have something special in my mind. An ending that really would be perfect for this novel, an end I would love. The problem was, it simply was not possible to also put into pictures, I simply did not have the material to create my vision. Really sad, but unfortunately true...
Now all of this changed. It was almost like a wonder for me, as I never would have believed to ever find this special material I would need, but I really found it. My perfect ending for this novel, it stands and is firm now, and pictures are already created. And no matter what still comes, and how many adventures our two beloved sisters, Laura and Estera, still have to solve, the final conflict and ending will be the biggest surprise in this whole novel for sure. At least so much I really can promise...
But - of course, only for those, who keep visiting this site, who further read along the story and have the patience to stay until this novel really ends. I hope there will still be some readers then...
So, meanwhile we have reached chapter 10 now, after chapter 9 has been finished before my illness. We have learned about the past story of Estera, the story she has gone through, and we have learned that the old man is a whole different character than so far believed. Laura has to face him as a new enemy, and as it seems now, the main enemy at all. Times really have changed totally for Laura - and they further will...
Introduction Part 10
So, where are we now? The end of the last chapter really turned the world of Laura and Estera upside down. Whom could they still trust? Who is really good, and who is bad? It is not easy to still understand all things, and Laura finally lost her mentor. The old man disappeared spectacularly, and it is unknown if he ever will return, or what he will do now at all. But it is obvious, he knows the true identity of Amarylisse - the red phantom - and it was a real shock for him. But we still got no answers...
Laura and Estera have made their decision, and also there was no choice. The old man played a strange game with Laura, dooming her sister, Amarylisse freed Laura from her illusional life and saved her sister. There was no choice at all, Laura now had to follow this way, and she really begins to trust the red phantom, who actually had been her main enemy before. As I said, an upside down world...
And though, even now things are not all as they should be with Estera. Laura has discovered a dark secret within her, a secret even Estera does not know herself. And even worse, this secret could also be in a connection with the old man, seeing the strong reaction of Estera on him. This will only make things even more complicated...
Laura will be searching for the answers now, for she simply has no choice to find peace for Estera and herself in the end. Those answers will be given in the new chapter now, but I can at least tell now, they won't make things any easier. On the contrary...
So, where will all of this lead Laura and Estera in the end? Well, who knows? In the beginning all things seemed to be so easy, and we could separate between good and evil without problems. Now there are only problems, and nothing is easy any longer at all...
And at last, one more thing. In chapter twelve, the one I am just writing at, will be revealed a new character. First only to be mentioned, but we will meet this new character later. I have added a picture of it here, and like the red phantom before, also this creature will be a mysterious one - without an official identity. It belongs to the dragon story, but what it really will be about - we will learn about later...
I won't reveal any more at this point now. Just continue reading the story and follow our two beloved sisters on their further adventures. The tension is raising anyway...
Introduction, Part 2
It is time. Time to speak about something necessary now. With all my love to Laura, what she is and does for us, this is a fantasy novel, with this wonderful girl as the main character, to honour her my way for what she gives to me and the whole world. But before she will get the final novel reward, before she gets her well deserved happy ending here (and of course this was always sure...), it is still a long way for her and her sister Estera to go. But not only a long way, as also a one to get more and more difficult and dark. To save a whole universe and all life in it at last, this is no easy task, of course, and the main enemy has not even shown his full power yet...
For me the whole story gets more and more clear, the important elements around, the way to the final battle, and all details of the secret behind this whole story. I do have the solution for it all yet, and how it has to end, but revealing the secret in the end certainly will be a real big surprise. But until we get there, now the time has come to first reveal some other secrets. We will have to learn about the real depth of evil and darkness, and even what we experienced about the war against hell so far will only be a joke against what to come. The real evil of this universe did not even show its horrible face so far at all. But it will, now, in this new chapter, in chapter ten...
Laura will be confronted with the whole true destiny of her sister Estera. Nothing to hide or whitewash any longer, and we will have to learn with her that the dark secret of Estera will be a hard task for both sisters still for a long time. The main enemy, of course signified yet for several times, will finally be clear, and in the end we will hear and see an oath from Laura. The only way she really could react then...
What happens now will be the darkest part of the whole novel so far - and though, only the beginning of the long way to the final battle. I did think about how to do that a longer time, as I actually only wanted to write about that dark chapter at first, with not showing pictures at all. But that would not have been the right way - this IS a picture novel. And how could I have dropped this part of all things, the most important part so far in this whole story?
No! I have changed this, but with this change, to really show this part very emphatically, what really happened to Estera before, there will be some really disturbing pictures - for Laura, as she will be confronted with them, as also for the readers, of course. This was my deliberate decision, as I believe I can only show it this way, what had really happened, and why Laura does react in the end how she reacts. It is most important for the relationship of the sisters, and the future of it...
So, I hope you will further follow me on my way of writing though, not only through the nice times, but also through the dark ones now. And be sure at least, no matter what happens, and what Laura and Estera will still have to go through - they will survive in the end and get the deserved reward. But now, the real darkness of evil will rise and sound the bell for the last and deciding grand war of this fantasy universe...
